Sean C. Murphy joined the Office of University Counsel in August of 2017 as the Health Law Fellow for Duke University and Duke University Health System. He graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2017, where he was the Special Projects Editor for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum. During the summer of 2016, Sean worked for the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP in New York as a Summer Associate and most recently (spring 2017), as a Student Attorney at the Duke Environmental Law Clinic. Sean has interned at the Chambers of US District Court Judge Glenn Suddaby, the Office of Senator Charles Schumer as well as the Office of US Congressman Joseph Crowley. Sean graduated from Syracuse University in New York in 2011 with a B.A. in Political Science.
